Micro-Lok®
Fiber Glass Pipe Insulation Jacketed with a reinforced vapor retarder facing and a factory-applied, longitudinal acrylic adhesive closure system, Micro-Lok is designed for application temperatures from 0°F to 850°F (-18°C to 454°C). Micro-Lok fiber glass pipe insulation is suitable for installation over hot, cold, concealed and exposed piping systems with operating temperatures up to 850°F (454°C). Weather-protective jacketing is required for outdoor applications. Pipes operating below ambient temperatures require all joints to be sealed with the factory-applied, self-seal lap and butt strips. Micro-Flex®
Large Diameter Pipe and Tank Wrap Micro-Flex's unique fiber orientation gives it increased compressive strength, and permits close installation on round surfaces without reducing the thickness of insulation resulting in a loss of insulating efficiency. The ease of fit is particularly helpful on retro-fit installations where existing insulation may result in non-standard outside diameters. Micro-Flex Large Diameter Pipe and Tank Wrap is ideally suited for application on rounded shapes such as pipes, tanks, ducts, vessels, and other similar round and irregular shapes. Thermo-12® Gold
Pipe & Block Insulation Thermo-12 Gold is a molded, high temperature, abuse-resistant pipe and block insulation with exceptional structural strength, composed of hydrous calcium silicate for use on systems operating up to 1200°F (649°C). The gold color provides positive identification that it is asbestos-free. Because of its strength, low thermal conductivity and durability, it is the preferred product for application on high temperature piping and equipment. Download Data Sheet 
Sproule WR-1200™
Perlite Pipe & Block Insulation Sproule WR-1200 is a molded, high-temperature pipe and block insulation with exceptional corrosion inhibiting properties. For use on systems operating up to 1200°F (649°C), it is composed of expanded perlite, uniformly reinforced with a high-strength fiber, and with a binder that contains sodium silicate, long recognized as an excellent corrosion inhibitor. Sproule WR-1200 is especially recommended for industrial processing and power generating facility applications using stainless steel piping, Produced with a blue visual color coding dispersed throughout the product, Sproule WR-1200 can be easily identified as asbestos-free.
